Juncheng (Jason) SHEN is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background and diverse work experience.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Finance, Accounting & Management with First Class Honours from The University of Nottingham Ningbo China and has also studied International Business Management & Sustainable Development at KEDGE Business School.

Jason has worked in various prestigious organizations, including 汇丰 as a Graduate Management Trainee in Commercial Banking, where he honed his skills in the financial sector.

He co-founded Emporsand and excelled as the Champion in The Global Grand Challenges Summit 2019 Collaboration Lab student competition at Royal Academy of Engineering, showcasing his leadership and innovation abilities.

Jason has also gained valuable experience through roles such as Summer Analyst in Commercial Banking at HSBC, Trainee at Bloomberg LP, Summer Analyst in Private Equity at JD Capital, and Intern in Futures Research at Yichang Capital.

Furthermore, he has showcased his entrepreneurial spirit as the Founder of uFair and leveraged his research skills as a Research Assistant at Nottingham University Business School China.
