Julius Bock

Julius Bock is a PhD candidate in engineering at the University of Cambridge's Institute for Manufacturing (IfM).13 He joined the IfM in 2020 as a Cambridge Trust Scholar.1 Bock's research focuses on digital financialization and servitization2, with a particular interest in the potential of interdisciplinary approaches.1

Bock has a diverse background that spans economics, science, and politics. He is known for his dedication to pushing technical boundaries and his passion for digital technologies, entrepreneurship, and interdisciplinary problem-solving.5

In addition to his PhD studies, Bock serves as a Lecture Supervision at Cambridge Judge Business School.6 He has also been associated with Stanford University2 and has experience working with QuantCo.2
