Bisman Deu is a 20-year-old strategy consultant currently working at Strategy&, the global strategy consulting team at PwC, based in London. She has a diverse background that includes significant achievements in innovation, public speaking, and women's rights activism.
At the age of 15, Deu invented a cost-effective and eco-friendly building material called "Green Wood," aimed at providing affordable housing solutions for underprivileged communities. This innovation led her to speak at various events, including contributing to a UNICEF publication and judging their "Wearables for Good" challenge.
Deu has also held various roles in consulting and research, including internships at PwC and Boston Consulting Group, as well as a position as a research and communications assistant at the BBC. She has been actively involved in promoting leadership and entrepreneurship among girls through her initiative "Colour the World Pink."
Academically, she has pursued a BSc in Engineering and a BA in Economics, Politics, and International Studies at the University of Warwick, which has complemented her practical experiences in the consulting field.1
