Her experience spans across the university, startup, and public-private partnership sectors, where she has led full-cycle recruitment and marketing campaigns in STEM fields.

She possesses extensive knowledge and networks in the Chinese, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM educational markets, making her a valuable asset in global educational initiatives.

Julie holds a B.A. in Psychology and Art History from the University of Michigan and an M.S.E. in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
