Julie Smith is a legal financial professional with an MBA from The George Washington University and a BS in International Business from Ithaca College. She has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and financial reporting. Throughout her career, Julie has worked with AmLaw 100 and 200 firms, collaborating with the Management Committee, Executive Director, and Chief Financial Officer to develop and implement strategic plans while also exhibiting leadership skills in the execution of enterprise-critical projects. She is currently the Senior Manager of Partner Compensation & Analytics at Sidley Austin LLP.

Prior to her current position, Julie served as a Senior Project Manager and Financial Services Professional at Sidley Austin LLP, Director of Partner Accounts at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Dickstein Shapiro LLP, and the Director of Financial Planning & Reporting at WilmerHale LLP.
