Julie studied Clinical Psychology for her Ph.D. at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and completed her BA in Psychology at the University of California, Irvine.
Currently, Julie serves as the Head of Evaluation Services at Arabella Advisors. She previously held positions as the Quality Improvement Manager at The Children's Health Council and as a Senior Research Associate at Lodestar Management and Research, Inc.
