Grady Tripp
Grady Tripp is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources, diversity and inclusion, and organizational leadership. He was appointed as TEGNA Inc.'s first Chief Diversity Officer in September 2020.12 In this role, Tripp reports directly to TEGNA's president and CEO, Dave Lougee, and is responsible for developing and executing the company's diversity strategy.1

Prior to his appointment as Chief Diversity Officer, Tripp had been with TEGNA since 2017, playing an integral role in the company's people and culture strategy.12 He previously led strategy and execution for TEGNA's talent acquisition team and managed a team of human resources professionals supporting television stations in 15 markets.1

In August 2023, Tripp moved to The Arena Group as Senior Vice President of People, where he continues to focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.4
