Julian Levy is the Founder of Elevata Ventures, a venture fund specializing in semiconductors, infrastructure, and Enterprise IT.

With a background in startups, Julian has accumulated 15 years of practical experience in systems, infrastructure, engineering, equity research, business development, venture, and startups, especially within the technology sector.

Having worn multiple hats simultaneously, Julian has been an engineer, a customer, a product lead, a market analyst, a founder, and an investor, all focusing on technology suitable for large-scale deployment by Fortune 100 companies.

Previously a partner at Redline Capital, an A-C fund centered on B2B technology, Julian has also been an active angel investor in numerous companies and co-founded operangels, an investment club fostering collaboration among 80+ industry peers for deal-flow and due diligence.

Julian's investment interests align with the themes articulated in his 2015 article, seeking fundamental shifts in various segments of the technology stack or exploring indirect ripple effects. He holds a particular interest in cybersecurity, innovative data sets, emerging infrastructure components, and enterprise technology solutions.

Julian's educational background includes an MBA from Imperial College London and a BEng (Hons) in Mechatronics from King's College London.
