Throughout his career, Julian held key positions at reputable organizations, including his current role as the Head of Organization Development & HR Strategy at Telef{ó}nica Germany. Prior to this, he served as the Head of HR Business Management in an HR Business Partner capacity at Telef{ó}nica Germany. His professional journey also includes notable stints as a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and as a Visiting Associate at BCG, showcasing his diverse experience in consulting.
