Julian Kwan

Julian Tuohiguan is a successful entrepreneur and finance professional with a diverse background in real estate development and Mandarin language. He studied finance at U21 Global Singapore and later went on to earn his degree in real estate development from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Julian's career has taken him all over Asia and beyond as he has worked with various organizations in different capacities.

Currently, Julian is the CEO of InvestaX, a leading blockchain-based investment platform that offers access to exclusive, institutional-grade real estate opportunities to investors worldwide. Before joining InvestaX, he co-founded IX Swap, a blockchain-based token swap platform that was acquired by InvestaX. Julian has also worked as a mentor at JLL and an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD's EIR program.

Julian's expertise and experience extend beyond finance and entrepreneurship. He has worked as a television director for TV and print advertising and has been a strategic advisor for Sheesha Finance, a DeFi platform. He has also held leadership positions in various organizations, such as the Entrepreneurs' Organization, where he served as the Mentorship Director, and the Shanghai chapter, where he was the President.
