Julia is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) holder, specializing in Dance from Texas Woman's University, with research interests that include dance, choreography, immersive performance, virtual reality, and arts integrative pedagogy. Julia Ritter has an outstanding educational background in arts and design, first earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Rutgers University, then moving on to achieve a Master of Fine Arts in Fine Arts, Dance at Temple University.
Currently serving as the Chair and Artistic Director of Dance at Rutgers University, Julia Ritter's vibrant and dynamic personality has an inspiring impact on the students that she leads.
