Julia R. Elmer is a seasoned urban planning professional with a Ph.D. in urban planning (AICP) and over 20 years of diverse experience in corporate, non-profit, government, and education sectors.

She is currently spearheading a pilot program at Huntington National Bank focused on innovative approaches to home and car ownership for lower-wage workers, showcasing her strategic thinking and organizational skills.
