Julia Loughlin (Lloyd) is a certified change management professional with over a decade of experience in process management and business analysis. With a passion for helping organizations and individuals adjust to changes and adapt to a rapidly changing world, Loughlin has worked on global, multiple phased projects in various industries, including high tech, retail, supply chain, and financial sectors. Her expertise includes ADKAR Prosci Change Management certification, Lean Certification, scrum master certification, process development and improvement, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), CobiT, ISO, internal control documentation, risk management and mitigation, HIPPA, PCI compliance, communications, project management, knowledge management, documentation, and technical writing. Loughlin studied Group Facilitation at DePaul University and Project Management at George Washington University. She has held senior management roles at Covance and CBRE, served as a change management consultant at MetLife, and held various positions at NetApp, Safeway, SumTotal Systems, Oracle, and Peoplesoft.
