Julia Addison

Julia Addison is an accomplished professional with a deep academic background and a wealth of experience in various managerial and technical roles.

She pursued her studies at the University of Waterloo, where she completed her MASc in Management of Technology, and at the University of Guelph, where she earned a BS(Eng) in Engineering.

Julia currently holds the position of Service Delivery Manager for the TAM Team at Pivotree, a role that requires overseeing the delivery of services to clients and managing the technical account management team.

Her previous experiences include serving as the Enterprise Program Manager and Ecommerce Operations Support Manager at Pivotree, the Senior Project Program Manager at Thinkwrap Commerce, and holding managerial positions at Cactus Commerce (now Smith) and Telesat.

Additionally, Julia has a technical background, having worked as a Software Developer at Telesat, which further complements her diverse skill set and understanding of both technical and managerial aspects of various projects.
