Julee Lee

Julee Hyunju Lee is a design executive and educator with over 20 years of experience in crafting world-class products for companies ranging from multinational corporations to disruptive startups.

She specializes in Product Design, User Experience, User Research, Design Strategy, and Design Facilitation and currently serves as the Group Design Head for GoFood, GoMart, and Ad & Promo Platform Design at Gojek, a part of GoTo Group.

Julee is actively involved in design innovation and user experience fields, holding positions in prestigious organizations such as Facebook, PayPal, Intuit, Cisco, Yahoo!, and honestbee.

Additionally, Julee is an adjunct associate faculty at National University of Singapore and the Singapore Institute of Technology, as well as the founder of Design Bootcamp Asia, a Singapore based design community.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Arts in Digital Media Management from Hyper Island. Julee also has more than 10 U.S. patents to her name.

Her rich professional background includes roles like Former Head of Design at honestbee, Former VP, Head of Product & Design at honestbee, Former UX Lead at PayPal, Former Interaction Designer at Yahoo! Inc, Former Senior UI designer at Cisco, and many more.

Julee's educational journey spans from studying Communication Design at Samsung Art and Design Institute to earning her BFA in Communication Design with a GPA of 3.88 from Carnegie Mellon University.
