Judy at Randall Moss Rich

Judy Rich is a highly accomplished executive with an extensive background in the healthcare industry. With over three decades of experience, Rich has risen through the ranks, starting as a pharmacist and eventually becoming a CEO. She has a reputation for running successful hospitals, improving patient satisfaction, and enhancing clinical quality outcomes. Rich has served as the CEO of Tucson Medical Center (TMC) since 2014, where she oversaw a $300 million expansion project that included a new emergency department and a 200,000-square-foot tower. Prior to joining TMC, she was the president and CEO of a hospital in Ohio and held executive positions at hospitals in Michigan and Florida. Under her leadership, these institutions achieved significant growth and operational improvements.
