With over 20 years of professional experience in the SMB sector, including over 10 years as an HR specialist in start-ups & Scale Ups in IT and Marketing industries, Judith brings valuable expertise in Human Resources, commercial insight, labor law knowledge, and cultural understanding.

She has been instrumental in designing fundamental HR policies and processes for various organizations, facilitating a healthier, happier, and more meaningful employee-employer relationship.

Transitioning to an independent HR Partner for the SMB sector & Coach in 2019, Judith aims to further contribute to fostering healthy, happy, and meaningful workplaces for individuals and organizations.

Her educational background includes studying economics, human resources development, personal leadership, negotiation, customer relations, talent development, and more, from institutions like NCOI Opleidingen, TMA Academy, Schouten en Nelissen, and Manpower Academy.

Previous roles include HR-manager at The Next Ad, HR Business Partner at Event Rental Solutions, HR Advisor at Transparent, and various positions in sales and customer service.
