Elaine Taylor

Elaine Taylor is currently serving as the Global Human Resource Business Partner at CAE, a leading company in training and simulation solutions. Based in Dallas, Texas, she has over a decade of experience in human resources, focusing on organizational transformation and talent management. Her expertise encompasses recruitment operations, employee relations, and developing diversity and inclusion strategies.

In her role at CAE, which she has held since February 2022, Elaine collaborates closely with leaders across various levels to align human resource strategies with organizational goals. She is also an adjunct instructor at Rasmussen College, where she teaches an introductory course on human resource management. Elaine holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services, an MBA, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.1
