The Sales Enablement Society was founded in January 2016 by a diverse group of like-minded sales and marketing professionals based in the Washington, D.C. area to discuss sales enablement functions within organizations and the vast disparity that exists from company to company. Since then our group has evolved rapidly from a series of meet ups to a volunteer organization dedicated to promoting and elevating sales enablement as a strategic function. We are defining, debating, and taking firm positions about the sales enablement function in order to establish standards for our rapidly emerging profession. In November, "The Society" will be expanding nationally and we need help. We are seeking people to run local chapters of our group; more leaders to join our ranks, and sponsors to help fund our growth and help us disseminate our positions and tools. Design, customize and deliver all virtual training. Researches industry trends and new developments. Customizes and develops client program materials and manages large-scale client projects. Design, customize and implement eLearning systems and modules, customize role play simulations to client needs.   Oversees administration, operations, and HR.

Responsible for all financial, strategic planning, Training & Development, Human Resources. Designed and developed all cash management accounts accounting and management reporting tools for client companies. Elected to Board of Directors.

Responsible for cash management (fees vs. balances for over 25 bank accounts), strategic planning for acquisition of new plants, equipment or product lines. Daily cash forecasting and investing operational cash flow, bank relationships, negotiate line of credits, IRBs, created accounts payable procedure for corporate and oversaw all plants' payable departments, procedure and process payroll & payroll taxes for 4000+ employees including employee relocation, established Travel & Entertainment policy in accordance with government rules and created one of the first three in-house travel agency created a positive ash flow T&E department from reduced industry commission, managed policy and fleet management for over 300 company owed vehicles
