Aif® Joseph Mole is a financial advisor with over two decades of experience in the non-profit social services sector. He holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Philosophy/Religion from Spring Arbor University. Mole's work experience ranges from being Founding Executive Director at Covenant House Illinois and Executive Director at Emmaus House, to serving as a Program and Training Consultant at The Salvation Army and a Program Development Specialist at Olive Branch Mission at Oak Street.

Furthermore, Mole has been an Adjunct Social Work Instructor at Chicago Semester, Director of Operations & Client Support Services at Cabrini Green Legal Aid, and an Associate Director at Latino Policy Forum.
