Juan Planells is a highly experienced professional in the field of technology, engineering, and management. With a degree in Electronic Engineering from USMA and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Latina de Panamá, he has held several leadership positions at Corporación La Prensa S.A, including Gerente General, Gerente de Tecnología, and Gerente de Operaciones. Prior to this, he worked as Jefe de Ingeniería, Jefe de Producción, and Auxiliar de Ingeniería, gaining valuable experience in production, sales, and system engineering.

Juan also has experience working in international companies such as Atex Publishing Systems where he worked in various capacities like Jefe de Ventas, Ingeniero de Sistemas, and Jefe de Producción. He began his career at INTEL as an Auxiliar de Ingeniería and later worked as a Machinist Apprentice at Panama Canal Commission.
