Joy has honed her exceptional organizational skills during her time at Willow Creek Community Church, as a Systems Engineer, Production Intern, and Midweek Video Producer. She has also applied her graphic design abilities and 3D drafting expertise using software such as SketchUp, making her an ideal candidate for an organization looking to create inviting and visually appealing environments. Joy's passion and aptitude for fostering human connections are illustrated in her roles as podcast host, former Resident Advisor/Head Resident Advisor, and as the Cadet Commander at Civil Air Patrol.
