    Academically, Joy holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.

    Throughout their career, Joy has held prominent roles in notable organizations, including Founder at Infinyte Club, Vice President for India and Southeast Asia at Surge and Sequoia Capital, and Senior Product Manager for Assist Chat and Assist Voice at [24]7. Furthermore, Joy has contributed significantly as the Head of Product for initiatives like 'I Paid a Bribe' and 'I Change My City' at the Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy, highlighting their intersection of Product Management and User Experience Design at various startups.
