Jovin Hoon

Jovin Hoon is the cofounder of Moladin, aiming to revolutionize the automotive industry in Indonesia by digitalizing automotive transactions and addressing inefficiencies. With a background in information systems, economics, and business, Jovin is driving the growth of the largest automotive platform in Indonesia with a 100% year-over-year transaction increase since its inception in 2017/18, poised for profitability in 2021. Supported by funding from notable VCs like East Ventures and Cyber Agent Capital, Moladin is set to transform the automotive landscape in Indonesia.

Jovin Hoon has a Bachelor of Science in Information System and Technopreneurship from Singapore Management University, with additional studies in Economics and Business at the University of Indonesia, and GCE 'O' Level certification from Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road). His diverse educational background equips him with the necessary skills to drive innovation and growth in the automotive tech sector.

Prior to his role at Moladin, Jovin was the cofounder and CEO of Whunted, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities. He also held positions at Singapore Management University, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), where he gained valuable experience in sales, outreach, and divisional leadership.
