Loïc Deffains is a passionate entrepreneur with a keen interest in new ideas, hailing from France and the United States.

With a focus on #entrepreneurship, #co-investment, and #startupStudio, Loïc has a professional background in various industries like #PropTech, #PetFood, #DeathTech, HR-Tech, #GreenTech, and #HealthTech.

Beginning his career in management consulting in Paris, Loïc transitioned to the startup world in 2013 by becoming the Deputy CEO at Yieloo, a software company, where he played a significant role in organizational structuring and growth acceleration.

Over the years, he has honed his expertise in organizational transformation due to the digital evolution, serving both large corporations and small to medium enterprises seeking growth strategies.

In 2017, Loïc co-founded Ünitee.io, a Startup Studio that collaborates with local industries to launch new digital products in a startup format. The successful projects go through incubation and initial funding within the studio before being spun off with a dedicated team.

Addressing various industries like PropTech, PetFood, DeathTech, HR Tech, GreenTech, and HealthTech, Loïc's studio tackles innovation across multiple sectors.

Further expanding his entrepreneurial endeavors, in 2019, Loïc, along with a group of entrepreneurs, founded LeClozr, an innovation hub in the heart of Rennes. This space caters to SMEs, ETIs, and large corporations looking to immerse themselves in innovation through design and digital technologies.

Loïc's educational background includes attending Lycée Chateaubriand for preparatory classes, Lycee St Martin, Collège La Providence, a Master's in Large Projects Management from HEC Paris, and another Master's in General + Energy - Environment from Ecole des Mines de Nantes.

His professional journey has seen him hold positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Unitee.io, Co-founder at L'Eclozr, External Lecturer at Rennes School of Business (ESC), Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Yieloo (ooPartners Solutions / Spring Partners), and Management Consultant at Capgemini Consulting.
