Josie Eade

Josie Eade is the Communications Officer at the University of Oxford's Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences (NDORMS). She joined NDORMS in October 2019, where her primary role involves creating engaging content and advising on effective communication strategies across various platforms, including media, social media, and internal communications. Notably, she has launched a new blog site for NDORMS and offers support and training for media interactions.
Before her current position, Eade spent 18 years at the Saïd Business School, where she held multiple roles in marketing and communications, most recently as PR Manager. Eade holds a degree in Business Studies from Middlesex University and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Outside of her professional life, she is a mother of two teenage boys and enjoys activities such as gardening, road cycling, and participating in time trials.12
