Joshua Schreff, JD, MBA, is an accomplished serial entrepreneur and senior corporate executive with over 25 years of experience in business development, product development, deal-making, and investment across various industries such as consumer products, technology, sports, entertainment, travel/hospitality, and food.

He has held key roles in major companies like Microsoft Corporation, the National Basketball Association, and prominent media companies, showcasing his expertise in senior management and business development.

Currently, Mr. Schreff serves as the Co-CEO of Monte-Carlo Ventures and the CEO of Bel Air Group, leading global venture capital and business development firms with a presence in Monaco, Los Angeles, and London. These firms specialize in creating, investing in, or acquiring high-growth companies, leveraging their deep expertise across diverse sectors like food/agriculture, technology, luxury real estate, media, and more, with operations on multiple continents.

Monte-Carlo Ventures and Bel Air Group are actively involved in AI/robotics, ag tech ventures, African carbon project development, luxury resort development, and wildlife conservation efforts in Africa and other regions.

Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Schreff also holds the position of President, North America at Monte Carlo Resources, a renowned international commodity trading house. Moreover, he has a strong legal and policy background, having served as a legal/policy advisor at the United States Federal Communications Commission and worked in the US Senate and US House of Representatives.

With an impressive educational background, Mr. Schreff obtained his law degree and MBA with high honors from UCLA, also attending UCLA Film School. He graduated magna cum laude from Wesleyan University, majoring in Political Science, Economics, History, and Film.
