Professionally, Joshua has held key roles in various organizations, including being the Manager of SMB Sales, US & INT'L, and a former Senior Key Account Manager at INAP. He also played integral roles in SingleHop (now part of INAP) and PhoenixNAP, where his responsibilities ranged from sales consultations to customer success management.
