With expertise in diversity relations, Adrian has a background in Cornerstone oncology sales, long-term care sales, primary care sales, marketing IT, and systems analysis.

Adrian is the founder of a Multicultural Teen Corporate Mentoring Program that has impacted over 1000 mentees.

He has over 20 years of board experience and is a graduate of Sales Management Development Program and Management Development Peer Network.

Adrian's leadership roles include being the Board Chair and Past President of the National Sales Network NJ/NY Chapter, focusing on professional and developmental needs of sales and sales management professionals.

As the Past President of Summit Lions Club, Adrian contributed to fostering good citizenship, community welfare, and mutual understanding.
