With a background in Liberal Arts and Sciences, Joshua attended Danville Community College and Dan River High School, honing his skills and knowledge.

Currently serving as the Principal Consultant at Organize Virginia LLC, Joshua has held significant positions in different organizations, including Campaign Manager roles at various entities such as Caesars Entertainment, Inc.

Joshua has an extensive campaign management background, having served in roles like Campaign Manager at Squire for Delegate 58, Caucus Director/Senior Advisor at Leslie Cockburn for Congress, and many others.

His experience extends to working on national, state, and local races, emphasizing electoral organizing, labor movement involvement, and advocacy for environmental and social causes.
