Joshua Kim

Joshua Jaeyun Kim is a creative biomedical professional known for his innovative patentable inventions and successful management of team-oriented complex projects. He possesses a diverse skill set that includes expertise in molecular biology, cell biology, biomechanics, tissue engineering, MEMS, and ultrasound imaging. Joshua has utilized his experience with cell sheet technology to pioneer the development of fully vascularized three-dimensional living tissue and therapeutic devices aimed at reducing restenosis and thrombosis rates post revascularization procedures.

His educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Boston University, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.

Joshua Jaeyun Kim has held several key positions in prestigious organizations, including currently serving as the President of the HumaTein Skin & Bioink SBU at ROKIT Healthcare, Inc. Previously, he also held the same position. Before that, he was a PHD Candidate at Boston University, a Research Coordinator at Mt.
