Joshua Burday

Joshua H. Burday is an associate attorney at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, where he specializes in the Litigation & Disputes practice group. He has extensive experience in complex litigation, having litigated and briefed numerous federal and state cases. His expertise includes arguing dispositive motions, conducting depositions, and leading bench trials. Notably, he has argued cases before the Illinois Supreme Court and has been involved in high-profile litigation concerning various governmental and media entities, including the Illinois High School Association and the Chicago Police Department.13

In addition to his litigation work, Burday is actively engaged in legal education and community involvement.
