ChartRequest is a healthcare information technology and services company that specializes in electronic medical record fulfillment, outsourced medical record fulfillment, and referral management solutions. 

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, I report to the Board of Directors in formalization of marketing vision, operational structure, and creation of a collaborative acquisition model between sales and marketing. Guide 3 marketing professionals working in close partnership with 5 sales professionals in driving brand awareness and generating sales demand. Define pricing models and innovate marketing strategy for the expansion of services from 2 to 4 product offerings.

Achievements Include

♦ Captured 98% boost in pipeline attribution Q4 2022 to Q1 2023, 254% YoY revenue growth from 2021 to 2022 and increased Engaged Audience to marketing site by 24% Quarter over Quarter.

♦ Increased business profitability serving as the Integrator of the EOS system throughout the organization to promptly uncover and remediate issues through continuous evaluation of key operating metrics. 

♦ Expanded outreach with minimal expense through innovation of Product Led Growth initiatives, tackling compliance obstacles to enable free access in a highly regulated environment.

Izenda is an application-based intelligence provider that brings critical insights to end users across industries. Thanks to Izenda’s embedded BI solutions, businesses can natively integrate analytics into their applications while conserving development resources and reducing time to market.

I was enlisted by Izenda's Board of Directors to serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Charged with transitioning the business from an outsourced marketing model and uniting siloed operational practices. Built and managed a team of 12 in marketing, sales, business development, account management, and solution engineering. Streamlined operational processes, restructured channel sales strategy, and partnered with solution engineers to advance value proposition. 

Achievements Include

♦ Key member of the due diligence team that steered the acquisition of Izenda by insightsoftware in 2021. Charged with data room management, conducting detailed analytics on Izenda business value. 

♦ Exceeded 2019 Q1 and Q2 quota while achieving payback periods of 11 and 12 months. 

♦ Decreased customer acquisition cost by 19% YoY.

♦ Reduced sales and marketing vendor costs by 74% by establishing a strong internal structure.

After traveling the world in 2013 - 2014, I served as a Marketing Strategist and Digital Advertising Consultant, providing strategic guidance to small and medium-sized businesses on digital advertising, lead generation, competitive positioning, market research, customer discovery, and data auditing.

During this time, I utilized my superior reputation and professional network to engage in revenue optimization projects. Partnered closely with sales, marketing, and product teams in product strategy and customer experience. Enlisted across a diversity of industries including Pet Insurance, IOT Data, Real Estate, Personal Branding, Domestic Sourcing, Financial Services, Healthcare Software, Digital Transformation Software, a Political Campaign, and a Non-Profit. 

From 2013 – 2014, broadened worldview and expanded appreciation of cultural diversity through personal travel to 20 countries. Notable global experiences include working on organic farms and vineyards in New Zealand, acquiring a RYT200 yoga teaching certification in India, touring the central highlands of Vietnam on a 9-day motorcycle tour, and going on safari in South Africa.

In August 2012, BLiNQ Media was acquired by Gannett Co, a multibillion-dollar media and marketing solutions company that reaches millions of people every day through digital, mobile, broadcast and print media.  

As BLiNQ's Senior Director of Product Strategy, served as a key member of the Product Steering Committee comprised of C-Suite and technology VPs. Spearheaded technology roadmap in close partnership with development & engineering teams, sales & client service teams, and external license partners. Sole liaison between BLiNQ Ad Management (BAM) user base and the development team advising and prioritizing new features and remediating performance issues while influencing the appropriation of engineering resources. Product evangelist, educating prospective clients on the benefits of a partnership. 

Achievements Include

♦ Conceptualized BLINQ U, an evolving curriculum for users to share best practices within the Facebook advertising ecosystem on the BAM platform. 

♦ Catapulted revenue through enterprise partnerships, landing leading media clients including WPP’s Group M, Publicis, Omnicom World Group, IPG, Turner Media Group, and Havas Digital.

Senior Director, Product Strategy

BLiNQ Media is the leading global innovator of Social Engagement Advertising (SM) solutions for agencies and big brands, and a Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer with Ads and Insights badges.  BLiNQ has managed campaigns for more than 600 of the world’s largest advertisers, delivering quality brand engagement and rapid, measurable results with unparalleled audience insights.

I came on board as the 6th employee charged with building a 7-member media team, formalizing operational structure, establishing best practices, and driving business development. Led team in growing client base to 85 high-profile businesses. Managed Facebook media spend across all verticals. Spearheaded testing of new media theories and methodologies to improve campaign performance in the Innovation Lab. 

Achievements Include

♦ Improved performance by 30-70% for clients through conceptualizing and authoring an innovative algorithm (LiFT) which uncovered the most granular and highest performing audience demographics in real time.

♦ Directed acquisition and management of key accounts in Auto, Retail, CPG, Technology, and Travel. Clients included McDonald’s, Pepsi, Jaguar, Hyundai, Nissan, Audi, Florida’s Natural, Buffalo Wild Wings, Baskin Robbins, Dunkin Donuts, HP, Moe’s, Norwegian Cruise Lines, AT&T, Mentos and Samsung.

Director of Media Operations

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) is the world’s largest hotel group with over 4,000 hotels in 100 countries with brands including Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Staybridge Suites, and Candlewood Suites. 

In 2009, I joined IHG to restructure and optimize B2C e-commerce and promotional implementation. Managed multimillion-dollar budget in project-based implementation of America and EMEA campaigns for 7 hotel brands. Maintained vendor relationships with Google and Microsoft.

Achievements Include

♦ Conceptualized the “mirror cities” project that increased marketing efficiency and customer experience resulting in an increase in $1.5M annual revenue.

Performance Marketing Specialist

Response Mine Interactive is an Interactive Media Agency that combines strategy, tools, and analytics to help their clients gain more revenue from search engines, affiliate networks, and other interactive and social media. 

As an Interactive Media Consultant, I assembled, managed and advised a freelance team to completely restructure the search campaign of a major retail client, which currently produces over $250 million in annual revenue. Formal education as a scientist made me adept at “scientific advertising,” forging innovative best practices and data driven optimizations to boost marketing campaign performance. Expanded targeted keywords and phrases 50,000 keywords to a projected 500,000, and optimized and targeted ad copy creation.
