Josh Ramsey is a seasoned executive with over a decade of valuable experience at Hilton, where he built a customer-obsessed culture and process that brought about substantial brand-level changes. Josh's expertise lies in business development, revenue management, and customer experience. He was a founding director of Hilton's revenue management center, where he helped build the focused service model from 30 hotels to over 1,500 hotels & built the largest and most engaged commercial support team in the company's history.
Josh is also a home renovation fanatic and a disciplined and self-motivated person. He earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance, Strategy & Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, a Master's Studies in Philosophy of Mind from the University of Oxford, and Bachelor of Arts in Theology with a 3.96 GPA from Criswell College.
Josh is the Founder - Managing Partner at Prosper Hotels, leader in Revenue Management, and has held various leadership positions throughout his career, including COO at SmallWorld, Sr. Director - Customer Experience, Corporate Director - Business Development - Customer Experience, Corporate Director - Revenue Management Consolidated Center, and Assistant Director - Revenue Management, all at Hilton.
