Prior to founding Prosper Revenue Management, Ramsey spent nearly a decade at Hilton, where he held various senior roles, including Senior Director of Customer Experience. During his tenure, he significantly improved team engagement and championed customer-focused innovations that contributed to Hilton being recognized as Fortune's #1 Best Place to Work in 2018 and 2019. His accomplishments at Hilton also included managing a large team and driving substantial revenue growth.1

Ramsey holds an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, and he has a diverse educational background that includes studies at the University of Oxford.1
