He is a skilled entrepreneur with a proven track record in food service, hospitality, temporary staffing and recruiting, as well as outsourced human resource services.

Margolis is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, where he obtained training in culinary arts. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC San Diego. With a specialty in qualitative analysis, Margolis also excels in counseling and mentoring.

Throughout his career, Margolis has held several key positions, including President and Owner at Acrobat Staffing, Business Development Manager at HR Ideas, Inc., Food Product Broker at A.Y International, and General Manager at Max's Restaurants, to name a few. He is currently the Owner and Partner at Rosamunde Sausage Grill.
