Joseph Stickel

Joseph Stickel is an accomplished former Supervisory Auditor at the Defense Contract Audit Agency with extensive experience in proposal review, forward pricing rates, SAP, and incurred cost audits. He also has an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Baltimore and a BS in Business from Excelsior College. He is currently employed at the Department of Defense, Office of Inspector General as an Audit Technical Specialist, specializing in the areas of Federal Procurement, FAR, CAS, DFARS and PGI, DPAP and DARS, DoD Hotline, Incurred Cost, Proposal Audits, Audit Command Language (ACL), SAP, technical writing, and GAGAS.

Joseph has a wide range of expertise in the Federal Procurement process from policy-making to contract audit and administration, and technical writing. His former positions at the Department of Defense, Office of Inspector General and T. Rowe Price attest to his abilities to lead teams in multiple projects and work effectively with people. He is also experienced in working with major contractors, Alaska Native 8a corporations, and data mining.
