Joseph Jacks is the Founder and General Partner of OSS Capital, a venture capital firm based in San Francisco that focuses exclusively on early-stage commercial open-source software (COSS) startups. He established OSS Capital in 2018 and has since been instrumental in leading its investment strategies both in the U.S. and globally.14
In addition to his role at OSS Capital, Jacks has a notable background in the tech industry.
