Although technically a generalist, I was particularly strong in the area of telephony, especially as it related to fax transmission. I am versed in TDM/Analog, as well as VoIP/FoIP technologies. I am most familiar with Cisco equipment, however I have considerable experience with Audiocodes Mediant 1000 gateways. 

As faxes rely entirely on a solid telephone connection, I have had to develop a deep abstract knowledge of most telephony technologies, to successfully isolate transmission related issues.
