José Villar

José Villar is an accomplished business leader with a solid background in the consumer goods industry, specializing in operations strategy, supply chain management, mergers, and business transformation.

He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and a Degree in Business Administration, supplemented by multiple post-graduate degrees. José has honed his skills in strategy development, supply chain operations, labor relations, engineering, and team leadership.

José Villar's educational journey includes studies at Maristas, Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, IESE Business School, Instituto Internacional San Telmo, Esade, and the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Throughout his career, José has held key leadership positions at renowned organizations. He currently serves as the Sr. VP. and Chief Customer Service & Supply Chain Officer at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

His previous roles at the company include VP. of Strategy and Transformational projects, Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy & Coordination, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and Director of the Integration Management Office.

Before joining Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, José Villar gained valuable experience at COBEGA, LU Biscuits (Danone Group), and Arbora&Ausonia (P&G JV) in various managerial and engineering positions.
