Rafael Barbalat is a seasoned professional with a strong background in analyzing businesses, structuring deals, and turning ideas into reality. He has also worked as a Corporate Credit Analyst at BTG Pactual, an Operations Analyst at BTG Pactual, and an Investment Analyst at Deminvest. Additionally, he has taken on summer roles as a Summer Intern at ICAP and Summer Associate at TTV Capital.

Currently, Rafael serves as Strategy and Operations Lead at Prosus Group, where he leads the company's strategic and operational initiatives.
