    José Andrés is a renowned Spanish chef, restaurateur, and humanitarian, best known for his role as the founder and executive chairman of José Andrés Group, formerly known as ThinkFoodGroup. Born on July 13, 1969, in Mieres, Asturias, Spain, he began his culinary journey at the age of 15 in Barcelona and later trained at the prestigious El Bulli under chef Ferran Adrià.     Recently, Andrés stepped down from his role as CEO of José Andrés Group but continues to be actively involved as the creative force behind the organization. The group operates over 40 restaurants across various locations, focusing on diverse culinary experiences while maintaining a mission to change the world through food.23 His dedication to philanthropy and culinary innovation has made him a prominent figure in both the restaurant industry and humanitarian efforts.
