Jorge Suarez

Jorge Suarez is a technology expert with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. With a degree in Computer Science and years of experience as a senior engineer in big corporations, Suarez turned to entrepreneurship in 2008 by bootstrapping Continuum, which is now one of the top Latam web, mobile, and UX design boutiques. He co-founded and organized StarTechConf, the largest tech conference in Chile, bringing together almost a thousand developers, designers, and entrepreneurs. Suarez's latest project is "Get On Board," a tech jobs board present in four countries, serving over 70,000 digital talents and five thousand companies.

As a polyglot computer programmer and web/internet expert, Suarez enjoys writing code, working in teams, and creating innovation. In 2013, he mentored HEALICAL, a cloud-based platform to build next-generation healthcare web and mobile apps, winning first place in the Startup Quest competition.
