Responsibilities included: fulfilling day-to-day management needs of the Wal-Mart account; intensively researching topics and brands related to the retail industry to uncover competitive advantages and business opportunities; leading research projects to delve into the competitive B2C retail landscape and presenting findings and recommendations to Account Service department; developing and maintaining inventory and filing databases to serve as hub for Account Service team information; extensive knowledge and skills in agency procedures: opened jobs, collected competitive research and reports, ordered dubs and assisted with billing.
