Jordan Schulz

Jordan Schulz is a Partner at Huffman Keel Partners, where he has over 20 years of experience in the construction and project management industry. He began his career in general contracting in Chicago and later worked as an Owner Project Manager in Boston before co-founding Keel Partners, Inc., which merged into Huffman Keel Partners in 2016. His expertise spans various project types, including healthcare, corporate, life sciences, mixed-use developments, retail, and educational facilities, with projects valued between $1 million and $300 million.12

Schulz holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University. He enjoys the collaborative nature of project work and is passionate about creating meaningful spaces through his projects. Outside of work, he lives on a small farm with his wife and three daughters, where they enjoy outdoor activities.13
