Jordan Jurinsky

Jordan Jurinsky is a highly qualified professional with a diverse educational background. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Community Research and Action and a Master of Education (MEd) in Community Development and Action from Vanderbilt Peabody College. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
Throughout his career, Jordan has gained valuable experience working in various organizations. He has served as a Research Assistant at ScopeLab - Community Engaged Research Team and the Social Norms Research Lab at Vanderbilt University. Additionally, he worked as a Teaching Assistant for Dr. Andy Van Schaak's Systematic Inquiry. Jordan has also interned at the Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance and worked in research roles for Dr. Yolanda McDonald and the Fuchs Research Group at Vanderbilt University.
Before his time at Vanderbilt, Jordan contributed to organizations such as Mission Health as a Behavioral Health Technician and the University of North Carolina at Asheville as an Alcohol and Drug Education Intern. He also served as a Research Assistant in the Dept of Sociology and Anthropology. Earlier in his career, Jordan worked as a Front Desk Agent at The Omni Grove Park Inn.
