Jonathan Wasserstrum

Jonathan Wasserstrum is a prominent real estate entrepreneur and investor based in New York City. He is the Founder and Partner at Unwritten Capital, an investment firm that focuses on the intersection of real estate and technology, particularly in the PropTech sector. Since its inception in January 2018, Unwritten Capital has invested in over 300 PropTech companies across various stages and property types, positioning itself as a key player in the evolving real estate landscape.12

Before founding Unwritten Capital, Wasserstrum co-founded SquareFoot in 2011, a platform designed to streamline the commercial real estate leasing process.
