Zak Schwarzman

Zachary "Zak" Schwarzman is a General Partner at MetaProp NYC, a venture capital firm specializing in the real estate technology sector, commonly referred to as PropTech. He has held this position since September 2016, where he leads the firm's investment activities focused on high-growth startups that are innovating in the way real estate is conceived, constructed, and managed.136

Background and Education

Zak Schwarzman holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Political Economy and Business from Tulane University. Before joining MetaProp, he was a Principal at Gotham Ventures and has experience with various venture capital firms, including Canaan Partners and AOL Ventures.35
