Jonathan Smith

Jonathan Smith is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in economics and academia. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from Boston University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Tufts University.

Currently, Jonathan is serving as an Associate Professor of Economics at Georgia State University, where he actively contributes to the academic community through research and teaching. Before assuming his current role, he held positions as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Georgia State University, Adjunct Professor at George Washington University, and as a Policy Research Scientist at The College Board.

Jonathan's career has also seen him work in research and analytical roles, having previously served as a Statistician at the U.S. Department of Justice - Antitrust Division and as a Research Assistant at Economic Consulting Services. His diverse experience across academia and research has equipped him with a unique skill set and perspective in the field of economics.
