Jonathan Schiff is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and founder of gnômadic, a coliving company that offers luxury homes in Singapore's desirable neighborhoods. Besides being responsible for the daily operations of gnômadic, Jonathan manages the Schiff Family Office's real estate, hospitality, finance, TMT, healthcare, and space tech investments. Jonathan also founded Schiff Development, which operates high-grade workforce housing for hospitality companies in Macau. He has also served as a Director and Seed Investor for Carret Private Investments Limited, a Hong Kong-based multi-family office focused on holistic wealth management and investment solutions for ultra-high-net-worth families. In addition, Jonathan is a Director and investor in LionRock Capital, China's leading Sports/Lifestyle private equity firm with a focus on investing in high-growth, innovative businesses in the consumer, healthcare, and education sectors. Having previously worked at Related Las Vegas, a joint venture between The Related Companies and The Related Group, he was instrumental in opening its office. Earlier, he worked with Microsoft and New York Life, among others, when he facilitated China-based operations for blue-chip firms. Jonathan holds an MBA jointly from the Kellogg School of Business and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a BS in Hospitality from the University of Nevada. He also studied Mandarin Chinese at Middlebury College and Sichuan Union University.
