Jonathan Ferrar is the CEO of Insight222, focusing on putting people analytics at the center of business to enhance HR profession. He is dedicated to helping clients of all sizes elevate their impact and value within their organizations.

Apart from his role at Insight222, Jonathan also serves as the vice-chair of the board of trustees at the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. He has co-authored two books - Excellence in People Analytics and The Power of People.

Jonathan's educational background includes a MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a Diploma in HRM from Kingston Business School, UK.

His professional journey encompasses various roles such as Vice President at IBM, Founder & CEO at OCHRE ROCK LTD, Board Advisor at TrustSphere, and positions in HR leadership at IBM and Andersen Consulting.

Outside of work, Jonathan is passionate about tennis and supports the Elena Baltacha Foundation to introduce underprivileged children to the sport. He also finds joy in photography and global travel.
